I was a Nova person, moved to the Vettes, got a 96 Impala SS along the way (still have it, 950 miles) have 2 Vettes 69 and 75 and just got a 67 Chevelle ProStreet car. Trying to get the wipers reinstalled for PA inspection laws, hopefully help is on this forum.

It's a 355 with "Blower Shop" blower, not sure of the size of the blower. Demon carbs and dyno'ed at 600 hp. I haven't really drove the car other than around the block, have to do the wiper work to get inspected here in PA. I did get an original cowl piece with the wiper holes and vents for 20$ on ebay 2 weeks ago. They luckily used an original cowl cover and somehow cut the vent section out and replaced with what looks like plastic (cowl can be seen in pic). I removed that piece and the wiper transmission mounts were still there, although they filled the holes with metal, I will drill out to attach trans piece. I can see where the motor goes, they smoothed the firewall also. Problem is it looks like the master cylinder will get in the way, but not sure since I don't have the motor yet. I see all pieces are available in repro, so if I can cut the hole out for the motor and mount the trans on the supports I'm in business.

Something to think about...My friend has a 69 Camaro that a resto-mod
He smothed the firewall and figured out a different motor to mount
inside under cowling to work wipers. one speed only and he has to remove cowling to work on it. I could try to find out what he used and
how he mounted it..but its street legal and his engine compartment is super clean....Jay

Thanks for the compliments and welcomes!!!
After some tearing and investigating, all brackets and holes are available to hook a factory wiper system back in. I have gotten all the pieces used and NOS from Ebay in a 2 week period, all I need is a repro washer tank and bracket. Now to find the time to get it all together................

Greetings from Arizona
Do you need washer setup to pass PA inspection?
if wipers only needed then don't do washer bottle oyou can always hide it in the trunk and run a hose to make work
just a thought

Probably not, out of respect for my other cars my mechanic doesn't run or squirt the systems on my other cars. Seeing how the tank and bracket are the cheapest pieces in this deal, I'll put them on.
