is there a speical tool for taking off the back bolt
on the rear shock ? went to put some shocks on and cant
get to the back bolt ..theres a hump between them

I assume you are talking about the two small bolts that hold the top of the shock to the frame. If so, you should be able to get a wrench on the head of each bolt without too much trouble. If you are coming at the bolt from the rear you can't do it. Come at the bolt head from the centerline of the car. If your exhaust was installed funky it might be in your way somewhat, but nothing else I can think of should be in your way.
