I found some ET Five Spoke Mags this week end at swap meet. They have the special Key insert for the lug nut like Keystone Mags did. There are a few still in the wheel with offset hole in them (Looks to be ford, hole towards the center of wheel in an offset). I will be looking for Chevy (which i think the key may have a hole in center of key)...

Are Keystone inserts the same as these old ET Mags and can I use them.

Or Can i still find the key inserts for the Old ET Mags for chevy (4 3/4")..

This reply may have come too late to be of much use to Stano (hopefully not). I myself picked up a set of Keystone wheels that were void of the Unilug inserts so I have been looking around for them as well.

It can be hit or miss with the parts places. Never mind that Unilug inserts were probably produced for about 20 years; expect blank stares when you ask for them. You might get lucky with an older shop with older generation employees. Regardless...

Here in southern Ontario there is a vendor that makes it out to the major cruises & swap meets; I'm told he carries that sort of thing as well.
