Completing restoration of a 67 convertible; now down to the pesky electrical issues. I installed all new wiring harnesses, but have a few questions:

1. When the headlight switch is pulled all the way out, should the front parking lights go out? (mine do, but I'm not sure that's normal)

2. when I put the key in the "ON" position, all the instrument bulbs in the dash come on (regardless of the headlight swith position) - is this normal?

3. With the key in the "ON" position, my taillights & license plate lamp burn very dimly, getting power from somewhere - any ideas what could be wrong?

1. Yes, but if you prefer the parking lights on WITH headlights, it's a simple fix requiring moving one wire on the headlight switch.
