What tools are you all using to sand around the multple tiny trim posts in the front and rear window areas without damaging the posts?

I sandblasted the area and repaired any rusted areas already. Id like to retain the factory posts. Are you all cutting them off and welding in/screwing in new ones?

Posts I refer to hold the window trim clips in place. This is a PITA!:(

I don't understand. If it's sandblasted what's the problem? Wire wheels and Rolocs work if you missed spots. Leave the pins on. In decades I've never taken them off; only if deteriorated.

I agree with Raven1. Once blasted to bare metal, what else are you trying to remove?

When I removed the rear window on my Sprint I has several rusted areas that had to replaced, and that included some with the pins. I bought replacements only for those that needed it and left the remainder alone.

well I had pitted areas that I put filler over after blasting. I want to sand the area flat-I guess rolocs work...
