been there, done that, too many times graemlins/sad.gif .If you are talking about the body to frame bolt, the only way to fix it, is to pull the carpet up on that side of the car, may have to pull the seat out, not sure because I have always taken out the bolts when the interior was stripped.Anyway, when you pull the carpet up in that area you will see a crown in the floor pan a few inches from the rocker panel. Its about the size of the plastic cap on a can of paint.this is where the carriage nut is at. I always take a cutoff wheel and cut a 3 sided square (door) in the crown. fold the door over with a pair of pliers and you can get a wrench into the area to hold the carriage nut. After you have replaced the nut/bolt you can weld the door back shut, or if you dont have a welder, you might could use some seam sealer to seal it back up.

I did a similar fix as Ragtop on my 71. I cut a 2 inch hole above the bolt with a hole saw on a rt. angle drill, removed the bolt, then welded the circle back.
