I can't take my eyes off it. For the $$$ I can't pass it up. Maybe I don't spend the cash on the Punisher this off season. Maybe I only acquire another super-cool Chevy.

All I know is, this little Nova deserves a berth in the OutCast garage, even if it takes me a year or so to install that idle 454 I scooped out of that lump Chevy pick-up truck. :)

I hear you John. I originally looked at the ad and saw the first picture which was before paint. I was thinking.. it's an ok deal... nothing special.

Then I scrolled down and saw the completed pics and like you, kept going back to it. If you follow his link and then scroll, there are tons of additional pics.

There is something about the color, steel wheels, and stance that really works for that car.:yes::thumbsup:

I've always like those years of Nova. I'd have a hard time passing it up. Luckily (financially) for me a car like that isn't closer.

I emailed the guy, and am waiting for a response from him. It does seem like a ridiculous price, but then again, $20,000 would be a bit of a reach for a 6 banger and clapped-out powerglide.

I probably really creeped him out by 411.com'ing his last name, google earth'ing the addresses that came up, then matching houses/landmarks/images that corresponded with the backgrounds in his photobucket account pic's. :cool:

Once I made a positive i.d., I phoned him and left a message to call me...using an alias of course.

And the kid still hasn't returned my call or email, but he's had the stones to jack his price up $18,000 in the meantime.

All I can say is, he's messing with the wrong guy.
