I spent some time talking to Ben and Todd from Baer this week at CB'03. It seems they are working on a new A-body spindle that will offer all the advantages and none of the disadvantages of a B-body spindle. Release will be sometime in late December. Custom A-arms will not be required and they will be made from an aerospace-quality aluminum alloy.

So basically it will be a spindle with the height of the B-body spindle but with the steering arm length, height, and balljoint in the same location as an A-body spindle?
Guess I'll be changing my less than 2000 mile old spindles out... LOL
I hope they'll use the same rotors and provide caliper brackets for all of us previous customers.
Will the new spindles still need a shorter aftermarket upper a-arm? This is sort of what "makes" the conversion by offering the more radial camber curve.

Good questions,Troy, and ones I didn't ask about. Give Ben or Todd @ Baer a call. I'm sure they would be glad to talk to you.
Sure sorry I missed you,JJ.
