You can reuse your old one if it's still good, if not the auto parts ought to have what you're looking for.

thanks for the feedback. right now i have a power steering box and im switching to a manual box. and my "new" manual box needs a complete coupler.
do you think a parts store would have the complete coupler. im pretty sure that they would have the repair kit. any other suggestions?

I think that this is the GM part number for the manual steering gear flexible coupling. 7806391
It is available from GMPartDirect for less than $50. (Of course you have to pay shipping and handling.) Possibly you can locate one from a Chevelle supplier for less.
I really don't recommend the "bolt-together" repair kits that are on the market. Some kits appear to have common bolts and lockwashers to rebuilt the flexible coupling assembly. When bolting parts through a rubber interface (such as the rubber coupling disc) you must always used bolts that have shoulders and provide metal to metal contact when tightened. You NEVER bolt things together by just compressing rubber.
The GM part has hot riveted stop pins and the attaching bolts have shoulders. It is much more secure.
