Well to make a long story short, in the process of converting my four wheel drums to four wheel disc set-up (b-body, 12"front with 70 camaro calipers and 11"rear with 82 front calipers) I managed to destroy my brake booster during dis-assembly (note to self: next time remove brake lines from master cylinder when checking pushrod length). So now that I have the opprotunity can anyone suggest the best booster for replacement. I'm currently running a small block with plenty of vacume but in the future I plan a streetable big-block build so I would like to choose with that in mind. (thinking clearance and vacume issues). I;m open to suggestions, I'm not that concerned with price so long as I am getting a quality item. I would also prefer somthing that I can order from the local parts store rather than mail order but would be willing to buy from anywhere if the reviews are good. What do you think? single diaphram, dual diaphram, diameter size, original application???
