Whats the biggest rotor size I could fit under my 16" TTII's. It would depend on the caliper height etc. I heard 13 could fit, but 12 is just right.

12" is the most common and easiest swap to do. 12" rotors can easily clear 15" rims too so no problem with the 16's. You would need all the necessary components to do the swap though, spindles, offset upper shafts, etc...

Has any used 15" rims with the Global West 12" brakes? These brakes go on the tall spindles. I was told that with the Global West brake system you needed 16" rims.

I remeber something about the 5X5 full size cars that had the 12" option having special wheels to clear the calipers. I don't think standard Rallyes will work, or aftermarket mags for that matter.

I have a 12" Corvette rotor and it will clear my stock 15" Rally Wheels. Checkout my link in my sig. It isn't really up to date, but the front brake stuff is in there.
