Interesting development today. Daughter Jessica had her initial ultrasound, my wife was with her at the appointment. I started getting texts while I was out in the garage....
Well, good thing I have 98% of the things for 454v2 because wifey is gonna be doing a lotta shopping....TWINS due 18 May! :beers:

Funny how when you have to buy "twin" stuff like strollers etc, the cost is usually TRIPLE the single ones... heh.

A friend of mine already had two kids, and was trying for one more had twins last fall... Now 4 kids, and they have to changed just about everything, car, house, etc etc.. .Familys too big now!

I'm sticking with one for as long as i possibly can.... I can barely contemplate having 2- much less 2 new ones at the same time!!! Yikes!

Good news, best to get a couple out at the same time...a 2-fer plus they'll each have an instant friend to grow up with.

My sister is having my niece in February, and they just decided on a name for her. I'd like to be around for some of the stuff but she lives in Arizona now(moved there last Oct.):(.

Congrads George. Wow, Twins.

My Mom is a twin as well as her father. No twins in our family through two generations now so our kids will likely be popping them out in litters to make up for it.

Now that is real cool! My Grandson turns 3 on New Years Eve and I can promise you are going to love this George! Grandchildren are every bit as good as having your own. When they stink or start getting fussy you give them back to Mom or Dad. A boy and a girl. Wow. Well....so much for your identical twin question Brett!!

Good stuff man, congrats! 2 at once is a shock, happened to me and the wife that way with an adoption, started with one and before the proceedings were finished the court said "Here, we found his sister." Good times for sure.

My sister is having my nephew soon and is naming him Blaze Ryder, might as well name him Sue!

When is the projected due date??

Due date is 18 May 2010. Jessica's hubby Thad came home SAT from the Signal Officer Course at Ft Gordon for the Holidays. Glad he got to see the ultrasounds today. He returns early JAN and graduates in MAR. This year I'll be starting him on his basic gearhead training. Should be interesting.

That is a great thing you did, I have a lot of respect for people like you and your wife for taking a child in need in and giving them a good loving home. You took two! Good on you folks!
