: Hydratech Problem?????

Figured this was the best forum to put this and get exposure. Has anyone ordered or talked to Paul with Hydratech Braking Systems in the past few days? I ordered a new kit for my Chevelle online. Promptly received 2 e-mails, first was an automatic order confirmation followed a couple minutes later by a receipt from Paul himself. This was on December 27th. No further contact by him has been made. I have tried to send e-mails to both info@hydroboost.com and to paul@hydroboost.com but both returned as unsendable. I have tried both of these phone numbers (586) 427-6970 or (586) 531-2115
only to immediately have it go to voice mail on both lines with a message that they are on a break for the holidays. All of this I can understand, but my credit card was charged the same day of my order and I have no idea what is going on. Am I being too impatient? How long did anyone else's orders take? I have heard nothing but good things about Paul and Hydratech, but I need an answer. Any help out there? Thanks in advance, Marc

Marc,
Give Paul time. If his recording says he's on break, he is. Paul is very good at getting back to customers either through e-mail or voice mail. He always got back to me the same or following day. I also purchased a Hydroboost through Pauls company and as soon as I get it all connected and bleed out the system, it's just a matter of waiting for the snow and salt to melt away before I try it outt on the road!

Don't fret, He's on the up and up. I had a problem spending that much money online, so I called Paul myself and ordered over the phone. He helped me with all the fittings and adaptors I would need, even sent an email picture of all the parts before he sent them for my confirmation. Great product by the way. I dont remember how long it took to get my package, but I think about 2 weeks.

Paul is by far the best guy I have ever dealt with. You should have nothing to worry about. I am sure he will take care of you

I 2nd on Paul being a really nice guy. Last I had contact with him was first week of December. I had dealt with him last year when I had a problem with the fitting and he took care of it right away. I contacted him in December just trying to see if there were any group purchase going on so I can get in with the deal.
I guess there's nothing going on right now unless someone starts a group purchase thread. smile.gif

Got an e-mail yesterday with an invoice and a tracking number. Everything seems ok, just don't understand charging a credit card then waiting 2 weeks to actually ship the product! Chalk it up to the mad holiday season I guess!

Actually, I beleive it is illegal to do that, but if you get the parts, I guess all is well. smile.gif
