No this is not a swim suit question. I was looking at the Weld Draglites (2 piece) and the summit quick 8's (1 piece) Price is quite a bit different for wheels that look pretty much the same. What is the difference? Strength, weight....what?

Tried to edit but think I messed up. Is the bolt circle on a 69 chevelle a 4.50 or 4.75? I have a 12 bolt housing with Moser axles, etc.. but my stock rally's are on it now.

Two-piece wheels have more options for different offsets or backspacing.
Your 69 has a 5x4.75 bolt circle.

Thanks. I thought that was right but didn't want to order the wrong wheels. From a cost perspective, weight and ease of tire selection I think I may just order the summit brand fast fives in a 15x10 with 5.5 back spacing and 15x5 up front with 4 in back spacing. Would save a couple hundred bucks and could try a variety of Drag radial over the next couple of race seasons.

The big difference is probably weight also. Unless you are trying to squeeze out every last tenth or mph it's probably not an issue. FWIW the Welds should be lighter.

search weld pro star failure on google.

you will find alot of hate towards two piece welds like pro stars.
