After finally connecting my heater, I have moved my temp. guage sending unit from the passenger side of the intake manifold to the top of the water pump. I know the temp readings I'm now getting are lower than the temp at the intake manifold (about 20*, maybe). I would like to mount the sending unit on the intake manifold but I have a problem....

The driver's side water passage bung is directly beneath the radiator hose--not enough room to squeeze in the sending unit.

Does anyone know of an upper, molded radiator hose that would allow me to mount the sending unit on the driver's side?

It's an Edelbrock Performer RPM manifold and a stock, small block radiator.
