I'm just curious, do I need to buy a complete front end rebuild kit from pst. Should I just get the polygraphite control arm bushings and sway bar bushings and buy the ball joints and tie rods some place cheaper? Are the pst ball joints and tie rods special, or is it just the polygraphite bushings that I'm after and get the rest locally. Is pst better then moog for the ball joints and tie rods and center link. Thanks for the input.

When I did the front end on my 66, I got the whole thing from PST.
Upon inspection, everything looked like MOOG parts anyway.
I priced MOOG befor hand for all the front end parts at the local parts store. the only problem was at the time, they had on the shelf one of these two of that, granted they could get everything, and there was really no cost difference between the two. It was really nice for all the parts just to show up on the front porch at one time. I am completely satisfied with the parts I got from PST.

I replaced all of my front end and rear bushings on my '66 with ones from PST. Be ready for a STIFF and SQUEAKY ride when you finish. redface.gif If I had to do it over again I would go back with OEM. PST makes a great product and I am sure it works good for better handling for racing. My car is just for cruising. graemlins/waving.gif

ive posted this before. i ordered a set of PST and energy suspesion bushings for my 67 and 71. when they arrived they had the very same part numbers on them and were identical. the energy suspension were half the price. this may not apply to the red ones. mine were all black. hth Dave
