I am going to install a line lock for the front manual drum brakes on my 69. It has a dual master cylinder. Two lines exit from the master cylinder to a block, from the block exits one line to the rear, and two seperate lines for left and right front brakes. The block is equipped with a differential switch. Am I correct in assuming that the front section of the master cylinder and line is for the front brakes, and the rear section / line from the master cylinder is for the rear brakes? If this is the case; install of the line lock would be pretty simple. Also, the two lines that exit the master cylinder are of different sizes, the rear being the larger of the two. What I woud like to do is this........Disconnect existing brake line from the front of the master cylinder and connect to the outlet side of the line lock, fab up a new line from the front of the master cylinder to the inlet of the line lock. Sound right to you guys? I am wondering if there is any "communication" of hydralic pressure to front and rear brakes at the distribution / "switch" block where all the lines connect. I would assume that the brake idiot light would come on when the line lock was holding pressure to the front brakes, the switch would "think" that pressure had been lost to the rear? Let's here what has worked for you guys. Thanks, Craig

You've got it. That's what I did to run my line lock.
