I don't really know much about the brake system setup, but opened the lid on the front of my master cyl (power drums on all 4 corners) and noticed that the fluid levels looked low to me. one was about half full and the other about 2/3-3/4 full. Should i add fluid?

If it looks low, it probably is :D , add a little fluid. don't over-fill it tho.
