I was under my 69 yesterday spraying my control arm bolts again for a swap later this month, and I starting looking at the body bushings. I know I'll have to replace them soon too, so I thought I would take a look and see how bad they were. To my suprise, they didn't look too bad, but I did notice that the one bushing that is right below the passenger compartment on each side, didn't have bolts in them. The bushing almost looked like they were pressed in from the bottom. The other 4 all had bolts, but both in the center of the car did not. Has anyone ever seen this before? I know they are original and never changed because it was my Grandfather's car. This might make it a lot easier to remove these two.

Those two bushings aren't supposed to have bolts, if I remember right from when I changed mine.

Do you know how they come out?

You have to slighly raise the body off of the frame to get any of the body bushings out. There are several threads about this if you do a search.

I did search before posting, but I didn't see anything about the non bolt type. I'll look again.

The ones without bolts, may be one above rear axle as well, just sit in the hole in the frame. Just lift/pry it out. Work the new one down into the hole in frame, may be tight fit because of rust or dirt. that's it.
