On my 68, I have an electronic brake assist. I know that its running because i can hear the hum that it puts on when the car is on. But whenever I step on the pedal the assist isn't there... any one have this issue? Or any ideas thanks.

Check and see how much vacuum it is pulling. Also make sure it is pulling air from the booster, not pushing air into it.

It's an electric brake booster. It shouldnt create any vaccum, we've basically created a vaccum pump. I'll post a picture in the morning thanks guys.

They create vacuum that your engine is missing. I got basically the same thing from a mid 80s cavalier wagon.

If this is not a electric vaccum motor assist it pbly the "Electric Hi Power " system from ABS in Orange ca ..... if so call them ,

I have one on my car for 4 years works excellent .... they have good cust service
