I am looking for a 1" diameter U-Bend with around a 4" radius for a mini bike exhaust project. Anyone have any ideas? I have some bicycle handlebars that I could cut up but they are 7/8" and I would like to stay with 1" (or a smidge bigger)- Anyone happen to have a source?

Back in the late 50s I used black pipe for my mini bike and gokart projects. It would screw right into the head and would take a beating from all the crashs.

we used to get headers for our go-karts... maybe do a search for go-kart header for briggs and see what comes up...

I found a set of harley bars, The bends are not quite sharp enough, I will look at some of the other suggestions posted.

Thx.

The bars I used are buckhorns, Not a sharp enough radius. I'll have to look at other options.
