I am replacing a power booster and the old one has a rubber seal between the booster and the firewall that kinda extended into the cab, whereas the new booster has a white plastic thing that pushes against the firewall but doesn't go thru.
So do I need to seal the firewall with something where the booster grommet thing hits it?
