Is there still just one kind of this available repop for a 70? The one I had to use didn't come close to matching the contour of the quarter window, and has already started to fail and needs replaced again. I think it was a Corvex.

If these haven't gotten any better, I think I'll just put a decent looking original one on.

I tried a couple sets of repro quarter chrome trim from two different suppliers, neither would fit because they weren't "curved" enough to fit the glass.

I ended up having my originals rechromed and guess what they fit. :yes:

My repops did not fit either. Tried to curve them a little more, and made it worse. Put the originals back on, they fit perfect lol. Since I somewhat damaged them trying to bend could not return them. I used the rubber seal from the new ones for the old trim.

I got them done for $100. locally.
