Batteery will NOT charge pass 45%,any idea's thanks

Depends on the battery type but...
Sounds like the battery has developed a "memory".
I've read, but never tried, that if you freeze the dead battery and then let it thaw before attempting a re-charge it may return.
Worse case...need to buy another.

Nothing to lose but probably gone. Try these guys if you buy a new one.
