Other than the typical parts that come with most of the suspension kits out there,what else should I consider changing or adding.Thanks

Shocks, coils, centerlink (a.k.a. drag link). Add a rear sway bar if you don't have one, and maybe upgrade your front one depending on what's there now.

Reid

I recommend lower control arms (if we're talking about the front end). Either buy a nice tubular set or reinforce your stock ones. They are prone to breaking around the ball joint.
