Looks like the rocker moulding either didn't come on too many chevelles, or most people remove them. What is your opinon?

Would you re-install the rocker moulding or fill the holes?

Not an SS...no longer a Malibu (SS hood, stripes). Red/Black convertible. Mouldings are in good shape.

Thanks for your input.

I personally like the rocker mouldings, especially on a black car.

Mine had rocker mouldings, but not wheel opening mouldings (It looks like they were removed). When I am done, it will just the opposite without the rocker mouldings but with wheel opening mouldings.

Not the same year as you guys but, I removed mine and had the holes filled. It looks cleaner to me without the mouldings. I think its a personal preference thing though

I agree with Will, I'd leave them off since you've got the SS look going already

I just removed these panels and will be welding the holes. No rocker panel mouldings for me, but I will install wheel well mouldings.
I believe the rocker mouldings were NOT installed on the SS models; but as usual, exceptions probably exist?

Oh, I agree that it does look good on the black chevelle pictured above!

Personal preference. Personally, I like the polished metal color on a white car.

I like the look of my car better without them, but since I dont feel like welding up the holes anf repainting the car, mine are staying on for now.:(
