I used JB WELD. Mine was from a Monte Carlo..I put tape over the holes on the outside and smeared the jb weld on from the back.I used JB QUICK not the 24 hour to set stuff. After it was solid I pulled the tape off and the circles where the holes were were smooth ..I then took a scratch awl and scratched the texture lines into it..make sure you connect to an existing line in the grain...after that I painted it with some of that black satin paint for plastic...can't tell where the holes were except over the washer wiper letters...not much I could do there really.

Jb weld is a great product have used it on enlarged shock absorber holes, cracks in exhaust manifolds, etc. Bob Rizzi

I should add I didn't put the tape directly over the hole...I used small pcs of slick cardboard, (like packages and cereal boxes are made from)over the holes and taped over those...not sure what the JB Weld would do over tape.

If you use aluminum foil you can make texture...

Double up the foil then rub the foil over an area that has texture with a plastic utensil and then tape over the area....
