I would suggest purchasing a polygraghite/polyeurathane front end bushing kit. The ride and handling will be much improved over stock replacement equipment, for only a few $ more. Performance Suspension Technology, www.p-s-t.com. (http://www.p-s-t.com.) www.performanceonline.com, (http://www.performanceonline.com,) or www.performancesuspension.com (http://www.performancesuspension.com) could help you out.

I bought my front end rebuild kit from OPGI.com
Many people recommened MOOG bushing to me and OPG had MOOG kits. Moog components are made in the USA and i haven't heard anything bad about them. These are stock rubber replacements(no sqeak) and I am told they will last many times longer than similar bushings made elsewhere.

I can't comment on before and after because i have never driven my maibu. :( I can't wait till May

Only complaint is that some of the parts were back ordered and it was a good 2-3 weeks until i had everything.

I used energy suspension poly bushings on mine. You may be able to get them at a local parts place like AutoZone, etc. Probably cheaper and no shipping. I greased them like you're supposed to, no squeaks.

I hit Advanced as well. Got rubber bushings (Made in USA) for half what they were listed in the classic car catalogs.

Evolution of the part:

Advance < NAPA < Classic Muscle
