Does anybody rebuild the metering valve on a 70? Mine is leaking on the back and I don't see anyway to open it up to replace it. Does anybody on here do it? Thanks

If you are referring to the cast iron metering valve that is located under/side of the master cyclinder - and NOT the combination valve that bolts to the frame - then yes I can help you. I sent my '70 metering valve to Karp's power brake service in Upland CA. Phone number is (909)985-0800. Had mine rebuilt about 4 years ago they charged $48.00 including shipping. Don't recall how long it took, but it wasn't long. I believe they only had it a few days, before they mailed it back to me.
