So my passenger quarter window on my 1969 Chevelle is having some issues and I am lost on how to fix it I just replaced the rollers because it would not go up and down without coming off the track, and now it is very difficult to get it down, and then back up, and it does not have a tight seal with the front passenger glass I need help quick before the rain comes

I presume you have tried to lubriate the regulator mechanism liberally. Take a look at the other window and compare to be sure that it is not bent or has been replaced with an incorrect version or installed improperly. If still no luck, try your post again in the bodyshop forum perhaps. Good luck.

The main slide rail attached to the inner body panel is used to adjust the window. If it's too far back the gap with door windows will be wide. It may also be hard to crank up and down because the window hits the rear seal on the way up. The bottom of the rail can be moved forward or to the rear to tilt the window so the window edge is in line with the door window. The bottom can also be moved side to side so the window rides up into the seals properly.

I posted in body shop forum about installing quarter glass. It describes some of these adjustments a little more.
