Any chance you can clarify what exactly is wrong?

I'm thinking you are talking about your outer tie rods not fitting the steering arm?

You need to use late model outer tie rods with the tall spindle conversion. I am wondering if they use late model spindle for their kit. If so,use a 2nd Camaro tie rod that wil work fine.

What part of the steering bolts to the back of the spindle with two grade 8 bolts?

I think he is talking about the 2 bolts that attach the steering arms to the spindle. The spindle is threaded for the bolts to attach to and they are obviously not working.

How about drilling the steering arms for the bigger bolts and getting some new bolts at the hardware store, all of the ones by me sell grade 8 fasteners?
