Hey clean if your up to doing your own conversion my web site lists all the part numbers you need to convert drum brakes to Corvette C5 13" brakes. You can check out the part numbers at;

You might also give MP Brakes a look see. They make several different brakes kits... I have their 12" JL8 front rotor and 11" drum rear on my '65. Now to just get the Hydroboost installed... :eek:

Check out this site:

Touring Classics (http://www.touring-classics.com/)

They have full kits for 1st generation Camaros, but I think they could work for a Chevelle, you just might need a different E-brake cable. Either way they're good guys and very knowledgeable disc brake systems for classic cars. If they don't have exactly what you need now, they could certainly answer your questions. I wouldn't hesitate to call or email if you are interested.

once i build my high performance motor and getting it running in my 72 malibu theres no way the drum brakes are going to stop this thing because it barely stopped with the 307. Whats the cheapest way to get more stopping power?
