New springs. Sounds like you have dropped springs, worn springs or stockers that someone removed some coils from.

While you're there with everything almost disassembled you might as well replace the bushings and other wearable items.

What kind of stance are you looking for?

looking for a nice even stance with wheel well at the top of the tire. 1 more coil? 2 more coils? any thoughts?
