I just purchased an ss 67 chevelle, butternut yellow with a black vinyl. The setion under the radiator that can be seen thru the front bumper is butternut. Am I wrong, is it not supposed to be black { If so, semi or what} or is the color of the car correct? Thanks!

The filler panel should be body color, butternut yellow for your car.

And your radiator core support should be chassis black
