I got this reply fom P-S-T on whether I should grease the zerks on their front-end components or not: "All moving parts should be greased after installation. It is true that
our ball joints and tie rod ends may came with some grease already added. It
is also true that over greasing is not good. The best I could tell you is to
check the joints yourself. If they appear packed with grease then do not add
any. If they appear dry then add." Thanks Kevin Customer Service
Have you guys been greasing them or not?

Now that's a C.Y.A. response.
I greased all my components after installation. Treat it like a first time chassis lube job.

I greased all mine, too. The way I figured it, they put enough grease in to get me to a mechanic and that's it. If I didn't put the grease in, it's not good enough.

(I couldn't get grease to go into 2 joints with my hand grease gun, hence the mechanic.) smile.gif

Always give em a couple of pumps to ensure they're lubed. Only the ball joints can be over greased thus resulting in a split boot.
as with any poly bushing its best to use synthetic grease only
