Dave, personnally I like the ones you have on it now. Given the two choices, I would go with the first wheel since it seems that everyone has the five spoke nowadays. Both would look good though.

I think you should go with this kind,,,(I like the classic look)

I like the 5-hole rim better than the 5-spoke.

I like both choices! I appreciate your effort to bring the car into the 21st century with a fresh new wheel design!

I see it this way- if you are going for more of a road racy pro-touring look (fat tires on all four corners), the first wheel is a better choice.

If you're going for a more drag racy look (fat tires in back, skinnies up front) the 5-spoke wheel is a better call.

Either would look best with black walls. Raised white letters are kinda '80s to me, and won't look right with your new high-tech style rims.

Don't like shiny wheels but...I generally make an exception with blue cars, especially one the shade of yours.

That being said, those first ones you posted with the circles make me ill, sure they're different from the sea of 5-spoke wheels but they look painfully trendy in style and will look outdated in 2 years...if they're not already.Trust me.

IMHO,your bodystyle is just screaming for some grey-faced AR CL205's, VWW V-45's or some NewGen's.If it were my car,I'd try to seperate myself from the crowd rather than blend in with them...I think it would look much more fierce looking with the wheel styles I have suggested...would you consider something like this?

Either stay with what you've got or go with the stock style SS wheel. The five hole wheel pictured looks like a truck wheel to me, IMO.

I hate to jump in the bandwagon but your car looks perfect the way that it is.

Hmmnn I am not too sure now either. I have Weld Pro Stars on my 71. Maybe the Drag Lites? Those Torque Thrust look too dated.

I am biased with the 5-spoke star look... it's classic and needs the deeper dish to look right. The 5 hole wheel for some reason reminds me of those revolver mag belt buckles... :p

If I was dying and needed to chose one, it would be the 5-star.

Neither. The wheels already on it look better.

X3 But if you need new wheels for some reason then I would go with the 5 spoke.

Out of the 3 you posted, I'd go with the star wheels.

How about a classic wheel with a slight twist....

Theres nothing like Welds Pro Star :D. Have them on my 64 and talked my wife in them on her 69.

Drag lites are nice to but between the two first i vote for the second.

Of the 3 (#1, #2 and current set) I pick #2. Not much to say but they look better for that year.

And like so many others I'm going to try and sway you away from what you asked in the first place. Lol. I like MusclecarJohn's suggestion AR CL205's errr sumthin or other. Gotta admit they look good!!!

I thought it was "Friends don't let friends drive stock"? Would you stop being my friend if I did run the polished TTII's? That's a helluva position to put me in.:p I only have two wheel choices in mind.

The popularity of TTII's ebbs and flows. If I run 'em now I'll be cool since everyone is doing the 2 and 3 piece bit. ...right?:D

Hahaha. Just that few? See I'm good then. C'mon John, cut me some slack I'm super picky on the wheel deal and TTII's look good on everything. (shhhh, don't let that secret get out or everybody will start running them) My second pick is....well...I don't wanna say yet. They've got to fit over Z06 brakes though.
