I'm ready to purchase a new tank for my '72. I've noticed all the repro companies sell them, but the catalogs all say to reuse the filler neck. What's should I do if I don't have the original filler neck. I have not seen these in the catalogs.

Looking through the Ground-Up catalog, found fuel tank filler necks...pg 41. Hopefully the 72's are the same as 70-71 because that is as far as the model years go...$29.95.

Otherwise, you may have to goto a swap meet or junkyard....Scott

And a good radiator shop can attach the new neck to your new tank as I am told ! Good Luck.
