at least 64 to 72, some of the later malibu's had 11 inch rear brakes and they will swap too.

Are you willing to have some shipped to you? I might be able to get a set together.

Tom, it depends on how much shipping is and how much you want for them. I haven`t had time to do a search here yet but I thought I saw a post before about what years had 11" brakes and what models fit my 70. I`m going to do a search here when I get more time online but let me know what you can come up with. Thanks.

I think it was late 70s and early 80s Malibus that came with 11" rear drums. That's a very good idea of yours. Why go back to the stock stuff, if you can upgrade in the process? Plus, it will be far easier to find parts for them. I've seen a post about here just in the past few weeks.

later model ones, direct bolt on all the way till 1987 or so. Up to about 1980s, still used 9.5.

Another option is use 11" rear brakes from 65-70 or so Impala or Caprice as it's a direct bolt on. I have a set from a 66 & it's a easy swap. Lot's of the big cars around also. Good luck. JOHN
