Well not so much a mystery. A couple catelogs call it different things. Its the little gearlike disc that connects the steering column to the power steering box. It was missing some teeth/ gears but I decided to use it anyways, I was torqe wrenchin' the hell out of it, obviously too much, snapped it off in the threads, its too beat to save anyways. TOO MAKE a long story short, I dont think Kragen has them, does anyone know who may have them on hand, I dont have time to wait for an order in the mail (daily driver) Other than Chevyland (For those of you in Sacramento area) Which I may end up going there. Autozone, Napa, cheaper places, etc?
Thanks smile.gif

just to make sure were on the same page, you are talking about the round rubber piece that goes between the steering box and steering column shaft correct?

ive always called them a rag joint, but im not sure if thats the correct term or not.

any good parts store should carry these or should be able to order them. they are usually in the "help" section. they include the rubber piece, the bolts/pins and metal tabs.

if the parts store doesnt have them in stock dont be afraid to ask them to get the book out and look it up.
