I am looking at Eibach Part number eib-3856-140. The Summit catalog says they are for 68-72 A-body, which is what I have. Does anybody know how the car sits with these particular springs in it? I have a 70 convertable with a small block. Reason I ask is a lot of springs will have different for big vs small block- this lists same for both. I just don't want to wind up with a car that has a stance like a 4-wheel drive. Thanks.

I just put on a set of springs on my '69. I am sorry that I do not have the exact PN here, but I am very happy with the heigth of the front and rear end. However, the passenger side is about 1-1/2 inch higher than the driver's side. It may be that the spring is not in the pocket correctly. That is on my list of things to check, just as soon as I get the time. Best of luck to you.

The only experience I have with Eibach stuff is on my Nissan, they were fine.
The Impala SS guys however, as a general rule, don't like the Eibachs. Many of those guys who have tried them say they sag unevenly. As those cars are very similar in suspension design and weight, I'd think that's an accurate analogy.
