I rebuilt my fron end about 2 years ago with a PST kit. Even before i noticed this chatter. But i dont think it should be there. It is only if i go over a rough road it sounds like the upper control arms are slamming down on the frame or shaking pretty hard. I know some chatter it normal because even new shake a bit over bumps but i just think mine has too much. The bump stops are there but it just doesnt feel right. Does anyone elses car do this. It has had an alignment not to long ago and i just put on a new huge sway bar. Everything up front is new except the control arms. All bushings are new..etc

Check the ball joints. I had to change my uppers this week (after only 5 years of use). The guys at the oil change emporium always miss the uppers, unless you stay on them to do it.

You got the little upper a-arm bumper gone? Is your car lowered?

SOUNDS KIND OF OFF THE WALL BUT. BUT HAVE YOU CHECKED YOUR PADS IN THE CALIPER. IF NOT JUST GO DOWN A ROUGH ROAD AND LIGHTLY APPLY THE BRAKE PEDAL AND SEE IF IT GOES AWAY !

ALSO CHECK YOUR BODY MOUNT BOLTS ESPECIALLY AT THE CORE SUPPORT !
