do the brake lines from the front to the back on a 68 chevelle run through the frame or on top? Can you install new lines without lifting the body?

They run on the inside of the frame rail,not inside the tube,but toward the inside of the rail.

Yes you can install brake lines with the body on.

Looks like you have your having fun. Have engine is in your '68?

Do the brake lines run up the passenger side or the drivers side?

In looking at the brake line that runs on top of the frame rail from the front to the back. How are they held in? Are they bolted to frame? If so I can't see how to get them out unless you lift the body?
