I have noticed that on the window stickers for SS 454 conversions it states wide oval tires. Is that the brand or just a size change to F70-14's because I have purchased Goodyear tires since they are more acurate than the Firestone tires. The Firestone tires have that safety warning on them that the Goodyears do not.

All of the F-70-14 tires used in 70 were designated wide oval on the paperwork regardless of brand used or whether they were pinstripe or white letter. Hope this helps, Chris
