I have a 69 chevelle ss with out the original engine, but would like to know how to id the original engines horsepower?

The L78 motor was not offered with AC. I am almost 100% certain it also did not have a return fuel line so if your fuel lines are original and there is a return line then it was the 325 or 350 HP motor. Is it the original transmission and/or rear end and what are they? That may help narrow it down. The CBTN will help by power of elimination. | ||
