I am putting the items together for my steering box swap. I don't have an Adavanced Auto parts near by. Does anyone know if he the Rag Joint from Adavance #200 (Lares) is the same as the Dorman #31011? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Just curious I have access to a dealer discount. Wnated to see what I could get it for. The Adavance #200 is showing $32. I have the discount at Rock Auto.

The #200 is actually a Lares corporation rag joint. There out of Minnesota and have a website.

I have the jeep box installed on our 69,but I don't know what kind of pump to use or which pump will work. any help would be greatly appreciated. The car did not have powersteering before.

Any power steering pump that you have brackets for your engine will work. As long as the high pressure line to the box will screw into the pump, you got it made. In other words, the box doesn't care where it comes from, as long as it pumps.

I just got the Lares 200 rag joint at Advance Auto parts yesterday. It looks to be Ok.
Comes in a plain box with the 200 part # on it, and that's it. No other labels. Does not even say where it is made. Makes me a little nervous. It does come with all the bolts.
