Has anyone gutted one of these combination valves?

I'm having to do it for a four wheel disc swap while running an adjustable proportioning valve.

I'm not sure if the GM valves (in theory) work/setup the same as a Ford Fox body proportioning valve. I'm used to doing this for my Mustang freak friends when they swap over to SN95 Cobra brakes (same as C4 PBR brakes).

Does anyone have a webpage showing a GM style valve taken apart?

More info ;)

Here's a pic (http://www.chevelles.com/showroom/prop.JPG)

In the above pic I have a frame mounted combination valve like that is found on '71 & '72 'Velles.

The rear fitting needs to be taken apart (the line that feeds the rear brakes) and take the spring out of the valve. Then reinstall everything back. This should (at least this is how a Ford valve swap is done) get rid of the proportioning part of the valve so I can use it still to trigger my idoit dash light....right??

Am I missing something here?
