Finally after 3 years with the car, and six months of owning a disc brake conversion kit, I started the install.

Since I did not think much of the existing setup would unbolt without breaking, I started in the rear with new wheel cylinders, lines, flex hose, etc.

Yep, the front to rear line broke off at the flex hose and the right rear line snapped. The rest unscrewed, even the wheel cyls, and the bleeders!

Front right came apart except the flex hose was totally rusted to the bracket.

Got the right side with the rotor on, spring cut another 3/4 of a coil. Had to drill the holes in the steering arm to 1/2 in.

Also got the left rear new coil installed.

Master unbolted!

All this after moving and only losing one little package of brake parts, too!

Wahoo, maybe this will work!

And you all will not have to cringe anymore about my stories of driving with 40 year old suggestions of brakes.
