well guys i was a painter and body man at a job until friday when me and my boss just disnt see eye to eye he doesnt have one day worth of body and paint expirience and i was making no money because all the previous shady work was coming back for me to quit so i start my new job as a flat rate bodyman tommorow ( always been paid hourly ) as far as estimates go is the best thing to do just follow what is written on the estimate one after another? just wondering if there is anything thats going to be different about being flat rate then hourly

I'm a flat rate rv tech, If you have a good service manager you'll be fine and if the ticket ain't clear don't start a job until someone clears it up. I have to deal with a lot of D A service writers.
