I have a 66 chevelle and when I drive it and run over a bump I get a thump in the right rear tire. I have air shocks on it and is considering gas shocks.Is it just the ride of air shocks or is it another problem like springs or something else? Any suggestions?

check to see if that shock is loose at one of the ends, that would cause a thump.
