Ok well my 1972 chevelle sets 1" lower on the drivers side. What could cause this? I have what I belive to be stock springs all around and the rear has air shocks. Is this common for Cars with air shocks? My dad has a 1940 Ford Pick-up with a coil rear setup out of a chevelle like my car does and his sets 1" low on the driverside also. Any help or input would be great thanks.

32 years of overweight drivers? smile.gif
You're sure the cars were sitting level? A slight sideways incline can really throw off how the body sits on the suspension.

Maybe, but i am pretty sure that the car was setting on level ground.

I had the same problem with my 64 I used some spacer block on the rear coil to level it until I could get some new springs for it(soon I hope)

Install new front springs graemlins/thumbsup.gif Not just overweight driver, but the weight bias is heavy towards the front anyway.
